Get Your Music Heard @ TheGATE.ca

Want to get your band's music heard? TheGATE.ca's "Pause Off" is ready to help.

The GATE, one of Canada's top music magazines and an international entertainment resource, is taking new steps to expose creative and exciting bands to fresh audiences as "Pause Off" gets reshaped, redesigned and launched with a new purpose... here's the basics:

The internet is ripe with bands and their music, but getting that music noticed isn't always easy. Even with a variety of websites that will feature your band, that doesn't always mean your music will get a decent chance to be heard.

So, why not improve your chances a little?

The GATE is about to relaunch "Pause Off" in May, with the sole purpose of featuring and promoting bands and artists. Unlike other websites, The GATE will only feature a limited number (maximum of 50 at present) of bands - which means browsing listeners aren't overwhelmed with thousands of artists.

More information will be available soon, but the basic setup will offer bands space to feature one streaming song, their bio, a couple of photos and 2-3 links for 2 months for just $10 US. For an additional $5 each, the band can feature additional songs and renewal costs just $5 US for every 2 extra months (or, buy a whole year for $25).
