A new eBook (electronic book) was released today by Phobias Cured, A leading Seattle based phobia education provider.

"You can download 'The Phobia Self-Help Book' eBook for free." says Keith Livingston, founder of Phobias Cured and author of the book.

The book contains information about a wide range of treatment options and warns people about treatment pitfalls according to Livingston.

"There are a lot of phobia treatments out there, a few work, many of them don't work, some are a big waste of money and a few are downright dangerous." Livingston says.

According to Livingston, the information in Part I of the book was gathered from a wide range of sources "So that people don't have to spend their valuable time and money doing research. You see, many doctors, counselors and psychiatrists are not aware of the hard evidence as to whether or not their treatment methods work."

Part II of the eBook contains step-by-step instructions for utilizing a cognitive based set of methods for overcoming phobias.
