   The 2002 Annual Meeting of Optimal Energy Systems, Inc. is scheduled at 10 AM Saturday, April 13, at the Torrance Marriott, 3635 Fashion Way in Torrance, CA.
   With recent contracts from Lockheed Martin and SAIC, Optimal has reached a significant milepost in its development," said Dr. Dwight W. Swett, Optimal Chairman. We are enthusiastic about meeting with our shareholders to discuss these projects and future plans."
        Optimal Energy Systems is a new-technology enterprise with a patented energy management and power conversion technology that can be applied to aviation and industrial high-speed power conversion systems, space satellite energy storage and attitude control systems, military pulse energy systems, and electrical back-up power supplies (Uninterruptible Power Systems).
