AlphaTrade.com Resolves Lawsuit

Vancouver, BC and Frankfurt, Germany -- March 7, 2002 - AlphaTrade.com (OTC BB: APTD and FSE: TDR WKN 529988), the worlds first streaming, multi-lingual market data provider is announcing that the lawsuit filed by WebData Inc. against the company in 1999 has been amicably resolved.

It was determined that AlphaTrade is the owner and operator of its computer technology including all the java applications, front end, middleware and backend, intellectual property and business plans. AlphaTrade.com has all the rights and titles as sole owner to all of their technologies.

The favorable resolution of this lawsuit allows the Company to advance their business and marketing strategies which had been seriously impeded waiting for the outcome of this lawsuit. The growth of the Company had been substantially impaired with this legal albatross causing the Company to lose many contracts, investments and other such monetary business transactions that would have propelled us to profitability much sooner. We feel confident as we move forward that this resolution will be positively reflected in new business opportunities for AlphaTrade.
