Sven-Christer Nilsson, Former Ericsson CEO, Joins Board

(Santa Barbara, CA/Stockholm, Sweden)- Sven-Christer Nilsson, partner of Swedish venture capital company, Startupfactory, and former CEO of the Ericsson Group, has joined Prima Consulting Group's Advisory and Consulting Board. Members of this esteemed Advisory and Consulting Board work hand-in-hand with Prima's management team and partners to provide clients with specific industry experience. Mr. Nilsson is a founder of Startupfactory, an early stage investor in IT and communications companies with a special focus on wireless.

Mr. Nilsson brings to Prima's Board 17 years of experience gained from the Ericsson Group, where he held numerous management positions from 1982 to 1999. Such positions included three years served as General Sales Manager of Ericsson Components AB and three years served as President of Ericsson Radio Systems Sverige AB, where he was responsible for sales and marketing, installation and services for the Swedish and Nordic markets. Mr. Nilsson also served for one year as Vice President and General Manager of Ericsson Telecom AB where he was responsible for the Business Unit Mobile Switching systems, including design and supply of large advanced switches for digital mobile systems as GSM and the Japanese PDC. From 1992, he served six years as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Ericsson Radio Systems AB where he was responsible for the Business Unit Cellular Systems, American Standards. In this position, he was instrumental in developing the US TDMA to the leading cellular standard in the United States. Mr. Nilsson served as president and CEO of the Ericsson Group from 1998 to 1999.

In addition to serving on Prima's Advisory Board, Mr. Nilsson is a founder of Startupfactory, an early stage investor in IT and communications companies with a special focus on wireless. He also serves on the boards of Startupfactory, Assa Abloy AB, Utfors AB, Parthus Ltd., Establish AB, Northstream AB and Traction AB.

Mr. Nilsson joins such current members of Prima's Board as Harry Gelles, former investment banker of Goldman Sachs and Company, and Santa Barbara locals David Newton, head of the entrepreneurial program at Westmont College, Per Peterson, co-founder of Commission Junction and David Lack, owner of David Lack General Contractor.
