BRADENTON, FLORIDA - March 8, 2002

Internet-based information service provider RealtyRates.com has announced that its award-winning quarterly Investor Survey has been selected for inclusion in a new post designation CCIM Institute continuing education course.

According to the course developer, Ralph D. Spencer, CCIM, SIOR of Orlando, FL-based Innovative Learning, LLC, students in the Case Studies in Acquisition Analysis course will access a copy of the Investor Survey on CD-ROM in order to complete assigned exercises.

The CCIM Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through an extensive curriculum and experiential requirements. The CCIM designation was established in 1969 and is recognized as the mark of professionalism and knowledge in commercial investment real estate.

The RealtyRates.com (http://www.RealtyRates.com) Investor Survey is a quarterly compilation of commercial real estate mortgage and equity requirements and capitalization and discount rates, data essential to the valuation, acquisition, marketing, and disposition of income producing property.
