Finance Directors get together to improve business performance

When your company hits the 20 million plus turnover mark, its hard to know how to improve business performance even further by making some crucial changes. Theres always plenty of help and advice for SMEs, but for larger companies it can be hard to know where to go and what to do next.

Four workshops held in Reading, Southampton, Birmingham and Nottingham aim to redress this imbalance focusing specifically on the finance department.

The workshops will give Finance Directors the opportunity to look at the latest technology developments in the area of Invoice Management - systems that are designed to reduce costs in, data entry, authorisation/query handling, storage and retrieval - and give them a chance to network with other local finance directors to find out what improvements they are making.

With so much time spent on acquiring and implementing the right accountancy software, other solutions are often overlooked. However, other solutions can have a rapid return on investment and make a dramatic impact on the overall costs of the finance department.

The first event is on April 11th in Reading and due to the nature of the event, places are strictly limited.
