When the novel was started in August 2001 it was called 'Tommy and the Terrorists but in deference to September 11th, the title has been changed.

An exciting adventure story, suitable for the whole family, is set in the Lancashire area of the United Kingdom. Both youngsters and grown ups alike will grow to love Tommy and his three friends and be thrilled by their escapades.

Intermingled with the theme of international criminal activity is that of the sensitive area of the effect on children when parents separate.
Court scenes intermix with the thrill of a high speed car chase.

The book with its wide and varied vocabulary gives you the answer to questions such as.....Do you know how many kinds of sparrows there are? What smell do butterflies like best? In which direction does a frightened rabbit run?

Once you start to read you wont be able to put it down.
