ACCIDENT PREVENTION PLUS, INC. (ACDT) SALES AND DISTRIBUTION GROWING EXPONENTIALLY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
Growth in Company growing exponentially
Palm Beach Garden, FL. March 7, 2002, Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. OTC BB: ACDT
Announces the outcome of a recent trip to Europe made by the President Alan Schwartz and V.P. of Engineering, Jean Paul Daveau. Also, due to the redirection of the Company and conflict of interests, the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jean Claude Perche from his positions with the Company.
Mr. Schwartz stated, our trip was extremely productive and the goals I set were surpassed. We
re-established relationships in the United Kingdom, France and Belgium as well as establishing new contacts for distribution and installation. This action was crucial to the revenues of ACDT and will have an immediate affect of our cash flow.
The path this Company has taken in the past has been for Development of our product. Unfortunately, this resulted in lack of concentration on the Sales and Revenues. This trip was focused purely on these associations. We will be returning to Europe on March 16, 2002 for more intense and larger scale meetings that were consummated on our first trip. This will be discussed in detail in the near future.
The purchase orders for our on board recording system and smartcards have begun. These orders will have some positive affect on the first quarter but will greatly affect our second and third quarter.
We are in discussions with three companies to distribute and install our system in the United States. In addition, we have been asked to introduce our systems to two major transportation companies in the Southwest. The United States has been virtually untapped for ACDT; and the above will allow us entrance into this lucrative market.
Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. (ACDT) is a vehicular technology company located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, engaged in the development, production, implementation, marketing and distribution of unique, dynamic and crucial technology for the transportation industry.
