THE LEVEL -- Adding Experts, Winning Contracts, Looking International

Vancouver, BC, March 13, 2002-February was an exciting month @THELEVEL. The team added four expert consultants, launched two large website development projects and was awarded new contracts from the Ministry of Competition, Science and Enterprise and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Among the new consultants joining THE LEVEL is an ex - Ernst & Young chartered account with extensive experience in business strategy and financial modeling for technology firms. Another consultant joins THE LEVEL with 8 years of computer engineering experience working with wireless leaders throughout Europe and North America. The synergy between our new consultants and the existing team of experts is nothing short of... Awesome! The quality of The Levels team is second to no other web development firm in the city," proudly claims David Marshall, founding partner at THE LEVEL.

This past month saw the launch of two-world class websites www.globalforestscience.org and www.gfawesome.com. The XML / JAVA architecture of these sites allows for the easy aggregation and management of content. The Global Forest Society website is a culmination of research carried out by over 115 scientists from 29 Universities in 9 countries on 3 continents. The GF Awesome website is an interactive educational websites that has over 4000 members from 36 countries. In addition to providing interactive education, the GF Awesome site is also responsible for aggregating weather and soil data from 13 private weather stations located at schools around the globe.

Superior quality and aggressive pricing led to the signing of two important contracts this past month. In early February Dr. Michael Read, another founding partner at THE LEVEL was awarded a contract to teach and develop Java course materials for the high-tech professional program at BCIT. On February 12th THE LEVEL was awarded another contract with the Ministry of Competition, Science and Enterprise to develop new functionality for the award winning OneStop Business Registration project. "THE LEVEL'S professional staff continues to deliver first-rate products to us on time with everything exactly as promised," commented Mike Kelley, Manager, Electronic Service Delivery, Ministry of Competition, Science and Enterprise.

With a delegation of investors and business partners arriving from Mexico in mid-March to finalize discussions on the opening of operations in Guadalajara momentum for the company continues to build. THE LEVELs expertise successfully applying XML to streamline business processes and facilitate web-based business-to-business transactions is needed in our market. THE LEVEL MEXICO will be well positioned to win contracts with leading manufacturers and exporters in the Guadalajara market," comments Chava Ojeda, founding partner of THE LEVEL MEXICO.
