Keith Corbin Joins CFO Connection as a Partner

Management Addition for Professional Services Firm

SAN JOSE, California - March 12, 2002 - CFO Connection, LLC. announced that Keith Corbin has joined the firm as a Partner. "We are extremely pleased to have Keith join our organization", said Matt Franklin, Managing Partner of CFO Connection. Mr. Corbin comes to CFO Connection after serving as CEO of Online Staffing, an Information Technology services company specializing in recruitment, placement and deployment of high-level software developers and technology professionals. Prior to Online Staffing, Mr. Corbin held the position of CFO at Hall Kinion & Associates (Nasdaq:HAKI") an information technology staffing company while the company grew five-fold during a four year period and Vice President International Finance at Addeco/Adia International (NYSE:"ADO"), a multi-national personnel services company where he helped the Company grow ten-fold over a ten year period.

Keiths extensive experience in the employment and services industry adds tremendous depth to our company as we continue to grow, added Mr. Franklin.
