Their ability to manage over 100 teleworkers has come from over 30 years experience in business development, telecommuting, and outsourcing consulting. The company has established their criteria for this annual review based on the areas of communication, professionalism, organization, reliability/commitment, flexibility/availability, client feedback/performance.
