New Management at E/Ms New Britain, CT Facility

Atlanta, GA USA-- March 5, 2002 - E/M, a subsidiary of The Morgan Crucible Company plc, recently announced that Bill Manginelli has been named Application Center Manager for its New Britain, CT facility. Mr. Manginelli comes to E/M with a background in aerospace manufacturing and has 18 years of operations management experience. Along with Mr. Manginelli, E/M has also added two new support team members at the CT facility, Peter Dziedzic and Donna Farkas. Mr. Dziedzic has taken over the role of plant supervisor and Ms. Farkas will be the new production planner. With these new additions, E/M continues to move forward with efforts to improve service and quality.
