NEW YORK, NY - March 13, 2002 - Align Communications, Inc., a global information technology project management firm announced today its plans to expand business both domestically and internationally in the areas of network infrastructure, telecommunications design and technology relocation. Jerry Davidson, who will be based in London, has been appointed to the position of Director of Branch Operations to spearhead the growth of Align's global offices that include, London, Dublin, Chicago, Princeton, and headquarters in New York. William Porter, who will be based in Chicago, has been hired as a Senior Project Manager to focus on Align's broadening customer base in the Midwest and elsewhere in the US.

Jerry Davidson will oversee branch activities, while ensuring Align's corporate philosophy is fostered and business goals are met. Davidson joined Align Communications in 1993 as Director of Operations for Align's New York headquarters. Since then, he has led numerous client-projects for the firm, most recently as Senior Project Manager for projects at Prudential and JP MorganChase.

Previously, Davidson worked as a Management Consultant, directing technology relocations for several major financial institutions, and as an MIS Director for Sequor Group, a division of BankAmerica, where he successfully consolidated, redesigned and then streamlined corporate reporting processes. Davidson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

William Porter brings over 17 years of technology experience working within the global corporate and investment banking arena. Previously, Porter spent over 10 years with BA Futures, Inc., a subsidiary of BankAmerica Corporation. As Vice President, Senior Information Officer, Porter was responsible for generating technology solutions for enhancing electronic customer service. Porter also oversaw both the internal systems and telecommunications infrastructure of the domestic and international branches of the company to ensure they remained cost effective and efficient.

More recently Porter was a National Account Manager for Fortune 500 financial and energy trading firms at Global Crossing, a Practice Director for Trading Technologies Consulting where he led a joint venture with the NASDAQ stock market to launch a new exchange; and Vice President and Director of Information Technology (IT) for Societe Generale FIMAT USA Inc. where he was in charge of IT operations, project management and application development for US domiciled Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). Porter earned a BS degree in Economics from the University of Pacific in Stockton, CA. He is a member of the Futures Industry Association and the Chicago Financial Telecommunications Association.
