Panels address preparing for terrorism, responding to terrorism, clean-up and financing, and "future torts." Discussions will include concrete lessons learned from the attacks on the Pentagon and World Trade Center; proposals for site security; evolving causes of action; insurance considerations; legal, regulatory and administrative constraints and opportunities; and more.
Luncheon keynote presentation by Dr. Dale Klein, Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Nuclear and Chemical and Biological Defense Programs, U.S. Department of Defense.
