BHIF Group Acquires RPS Relocation

BHIF Group, a national real estate and relocation services aggregator located in New Hampshire, has acquired RPS Relocation, a full service and retail relocation services company headquartered in Dallas. BHIF's Relocation TRIP® Kit uses BHIF Group's Fatform System for tracking and enables employees who do not receive all-expenses-paid move and relocation services to enjoy the same level of service as would a fully reimbursed employee.

BHIF Group acquires RPS Relocation

BHIF Group, a national real estate and relocation services aggregator located in New Hampshire, has acquired RPS Relocation, a full service and retail relocation services company headquartered in Dallas. BHIF Group's V.P. of Operations, Ben Sommers, will be working closely with Shelley Seale, RPS Relocation's President and founder, combining Sommers' 25-year business development and operations experience with Seale's 10-year experience in sales and marketing. The match-up also provides a fully operational infrastructure to provide the public with RPS' sophisticated personal relocation counselors and BHIF Group's patent-pending technology, which includes the Relocation TRIP® Kit, supported by the Fatform System.

The Relocation TRIP® Kit uses BHIF Group's Fatform System for tracking and enables employees who do not receive all-expenses-paid move and relocation services to enjoy the same level of service as would a fully reimbursed employee. A transferee's personal file is accessible 24/7 at www.fatform.net, to either the transferee or the assigned personal counselor.
