EVOLVE COMMUNICATIONS SHIPS FIRST GUIDE REMOTES FOR RETAIL DISTRIBUTION UNDER ZENITH BRAND NAME

Guide Remote: hottest new tech gadget now distributed to national retail outlets under Zenith brand name

IRVINE, CA, March 11, 2002 -- Evolve Communications, Inc. announced today that it has shipped the first 1000 units of its Guide Remoteä interactive remote control under a recently executed marketing and license agreement with Gemini Industries, Inc.

Under the agreement, Gemini will distribute and market this advanced universal remote control under its Zenithâ brand name in retail outlets nationwide. The agreement also provides that Evolve will operate its Guide Remote Network, an original content platform that delivers information, advertising and interactivity via the remotes patented Second ScreenTM.

The Guide Remote represents the next generation of universal remote controls. In addition to controlling up to 16 separate devices, it features a screen that delivers viewer customized television listings as well as advertising, promotions and other interactive opportunities. Content includes in-depth program descriptions, entertainment recommendations, t-commerce, voting, coupons and original content. All information is delivered to and from the remote via the Internet at GuideRemote.com web.
