PRESS RELEASE: INVESTORS BUSINESS DAILY UPGRADES ZINGIT INC.S STOCK

IBD Upgrades Zingits Stock to Extremely Undervalued

Savannah, Georgia - March 12, 2002 -- Investors Business Daily (IBD) stated in an interview with Zingit Inc.s CEO, David Pollock, that it has upgraded Zingit Inc. (OTC: ZNGT) to an extremely undervalued stock". IBD said that it would release the statement on its website http://www.investors.com and would allow the company to run three spots under the Corporate News in the Investors Business Daily publication. The statement came after Zingit Inc. announced that it had landed an $18 million contract with Innovative Contractual Services, a financial services and seminar organization. The contract is worth $6 million per year and is for a three year period.

Zingit Inc.s CEO, David Pollock, believes the timing of the announcement and the placement of the companys news in the three part series is perfect. We are currently negotiating seven additional travel contracts worth at least $67 million, so the timing of the articles is perfect," he said. Our recent press release about our $18 million contract has resulted in about a half dozen interviews with various media sources, which I think will have a positive impact upon our stock price and initiatives we are undertaking," he added.

Zingit Inc. is a travel company that aggregates travel bookings from clients and affiliates by providing LAN and Internet booking connection, office management services and training to independent travel agents and agencies worldwide through a central full-service travel agency, user friendly web sites and walk-in storefronts. While travel agencies are closing at a staggering rate, large volume agencies are receiving the highest commissions ever through (GDS) contracts and commissions from suppliers.

Zingit has reached large volume status by either acquiring agencies that already have a large client base with travel bookings in the $3,000,000 to $10,000,000 range per year or through attracting independent travel agents as affiliates. Not only can Zingit reduce an agents overhead by more than 70%, it can also simultaneously increase an agents revenue through larger commissions because of Zingits large volume booking status," stated Mr. Pollock. So, there is a huge incentive for travel agents to join Zingits travel hosting system," he added. The company is projecting it will have an agent force of over 500 travel agents within the next sixteen months.
