ISLAND-CRITICAL-CARE)(ILCC) Island Critical Posts Quarterly Sales Results

For our third consecutive quarter we have achieved positive increases in sales.

STRATFORD, Prince Edward Island, March 15, 2002--Island Critical Care Corp. (OTCBB:ILCC), released its quarterly sales results for the period ended December 31, 2002.
"For our third consecutive quarter we have achieved positive increases in sales. Sales for the quarter of $56,224 represents an increase of 352% from the previous quarter and an increase of 347% over the quarter ended March 31, 2001," stated Sean P. Flanigan, President and CEO. "We experienced some delays in getting this information out to the public but those issues have been resolved and we are pleased to be able to make public our success through the end of last year."
In pursuit of a larger portion of the annual global market in patient monitoring (which has been valued at more than five billion dollars) Island Critical Care is also pleased to announce that it has begun the development of a highly portable and rugged handheld pulse oximeter which is scheduled to enter the market by the Fall of this year. "The addition of new products annually has always been part of our strategic plan," added Flanigan. "We are confident that this product will receive an even better reception than our current product, the VitalSAT."
