DALLAS, TEXAS -- With the official launch of dallashispanicbar.com today, individuals, law firms and businesses seeking Hispanic attorneys in Dallas can now find them at the click of a mouse.
The Dallas Hispanic Bar Associations new website provides links for DHBA events, job listings and public service projects. dallashispanicbar.com also provides an opportunity for law firms and companies to support the DHBA mission as patrons" of the association, such as Hughes & Luce, a charter sponsor of the new website.
Membership has its privileges.
For job seekers and employers, law firms and companies will be able to post job listings for legal professionals on the site. Soon, DHBA members will be able to post their personal profile on the site to further their marketing and client development opportunities.
My goal is to enhance the visibility of Hispanic attorneys in Dallas" says Martin E. Garza, designer of the website, DHBA member and a real estate attorney with Hughes & Luce. dallashispanicbar.com will provide a focal point for members to interact with other legal professionals and the community at large."
Service to the Hispanic community.
The public service page on dallashispanicbar.com will highlight opportunities for members to contribute their efforts to the historically under-represented Hispanic community of Dallas, where Spanish-speaking volunteers are desperately needed. Service organizations in the area often have a hard time locating Spanish-speaking volunteers," according to Mr. Garza. DHBAs public service page will provide a convenient online forum for these organizations to reach our members, and vice versa," says Garza.
The site also links users with other helpful sites, such as the Dallas Bar Association and State Bar of Texas web pages.

The DHBA is affiliated with the Mexican-American Bar Association of Texas.
