HF 76 Consolidates Mekel and HF Products Subsidiaries under Ascendant Solutions International Umbrella; Restructuring Focuses Operations and Creates Cross-Selling Opportunities

Compton, CA and Norwalk, CT, March 14, 2002 -- Houston Fearless 76, Inc. today announced the consolidation of three subsidiary companies -- Ascendant Solutions International, Inc., Mekel Technology, Inc. and Houston Fearless Products -- under the Ascendant Solutions International (ASI) corporate umbrella. This collaboration brings together ASIs superior sales, marketing and service capabilities with the manufacturing and R&D strengths of Mekel and Houston Fearless Products.
