Paradise has brought Coors Light in as a sponsor to the "Snowed Out" event in Breckenridge Colorado.

NEW YORK, NY -- MARCH 14, 2002 -- Paradise Music & Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: PDSE), a producer of Sponsor Targeted Entertainment, has signed Coors Light as a sponsor to Fridge Magazines Snowed Out" event in Breckenridge Colorado April 5 - 7, 2002. Paradise will co-produce this hip event with Fridge Magazine with featured artist - Hip-Hop star - Ludacris.

This is the first event that we have signed amongst the many we have been working on, said Mr. Kelly Hickel, Paradise Chairman and CEO. These are the type of hip new events that our client/sponsors are vying for. Paradise plans to be at the forefront for producing these events and signing appropriate sponsors.

The first annual SNOWED OUT" - Hip-Hop and Snowboarding All-Star Weekend - rolls into Colorado's Breckenridge Resort April 5-7, 2002. Its three-days of non-stop star-studded concerts, contests, jams, parties, exhibitions and more; capped off by a special performance from LUDACRIS and special guests.
