Points.com Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Exclamation International Incorporated -- CDNX: XI) and Frequent Flyer Services today announced an agreement involving Points.coms groundbreaking pointsxchange system -- the worlds first online loyalty program currency exchange and Frequent Flyer Services MileageManager program.

Points.com and Frequent Flyer Services are teaming to offer an innovative new points management system that combines MileageManager, the most comprehensive mileage management and aggregation resource on the Internet, and Points.coms revolutionary pointsxchange feature, which allows consumers to exchange their points between participating loyalty program accounts or into gift certificates.
