Cohesion Ventures Corporation merges with MindVerge Inc.

Internet business products expand, as two companies combine their suite of products and services.

Cohesion Ventures Corporation and MindVerge Inc. have entered into a strategic partnership. Cohesion Ventures Corp. is an e-business/e-strategy company providing web design, hosting and marketing/advertising solutions for small to medium-sized businesses in the DFW metroplex. MindVerge Inc. is a specialist in Internet security, streaming media and Internet broadcasting. The merging of the two companies is an effort to broaden the range of products and provide a rich suite of E-business services to fulfill all of a companys Internet, security and marketing needs. Jeremy McKane, former CEO of MindVerge Inc., has assumed the role of COO for Cohesion Ventures Corporation working side-by-side with CEO Allyn Tyler-Shaw, as well as with the Engineering, Marketing and Sales Department.
