My Insurance Center (MIC) is a portal application developed for insurance agents, brokers and carriers, bringing dynamic power to the desktop. It was specifically designed to provide insurance professionals with immediate access to the full range of information they need in real-time. MIC provides an easy-to-use environment, sitting on the desktop, which can be organized by the user to the user's preference (no programming skills are required).
MIC addresses specific user needs and operating styles ・from inclusion/exclusion of content, to placement of lists and grouping of information resources, down to the actual choice of screen colors. With sophisticated security protection, MIC is able to allow users to invoke transactions, moving from system to system without the need of a separate sign-on. MIC also provides the ability to predefine a set of conditions that, when reached, can generate an alert to any device capable of receiving browser-based pages or full messages using wire-based or wireless technology.

It seamlessly integrates Cover-All's Classic policy rating and issuance components and Cover-All's Insurance Policy Database (IPD), an ODBC/JDBC-compliant central data repository.
