DEUTSCHE TELEKOMS T-MOBILE DIVISION CHOOSES NIKU 6 Niku Key to Cost Savings at T-Mobile International GmbH

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- March 27, 2002 -- Niku Corporation (Nasdaq: NIKU) the leading provider of Services Relationship Management (SRM) software, today announced that T-Mobile International (TMO), Deutsche Telekom AG's mobile holding company and one of the leading providers of mobile telecommunications services worldwide, has selected Niku 6 as its mid-office solution.

T-Mobile International GmbH will deploy Niku 6 software across their enterprise to plan projects better and achieve maximum cost savings. Niku 6 enables employees to collaborate on projects via the Internet as well as their Intranet and project managers and decision makers to improve strategic project prioritization through enhanced visibility of data within the system.

Niku 6 enables TMO to capture its project assets and centralize them in one location via an easy-to-use browser-based Web interface. Information from current and past projects is stored in a secure environment and shared by those individuals who have been granted rights to do so. folders and sub-folders, share documents with appropriate individuals by setting permissions (at both folder and document levels), track document versions and manage prior versions, track who has accessed documents (and when), and route documents via workflow for review and approval. With this latest version of the software, TMO can also integrate Niku 6 with its SAP R/3 installation.
