New Relief Available for California Businesses Suffering from Energy Crunch

Technology is now available in California to lower energy costs of businesses spending $6000 or more monthly on electricity. Electroflow is already used nationwide and in 84 countries, but has not been offered to California businesses until recently.

Hanford, CA, April 09, 2002 - California businesses have had no options when it comes to energy costs. They had to either pay the bills or reduce usage. Everyone has been affected, from the mom-and-pop grocery store to large industrial plants to City Hall. But relief is now available. Cutting-edge technology, unlike anything else available, is reducing the energy costs of companies around the world. Electroflow is now available to California businesses through California Energy Conservation, Inc. (CEC, Inc.).

Electroflow is the product created by Dr. Mike Mehrdad, Chief Designer/Analyst of Missouri based Electenergy Technologies, Inc. (ETI), to immediately address power quality and energy savings. Electroflow is able to reduce commercial and industrial electric costs up to 34% with typical payback periods of two years or less, while increasing the life of equipment and machinery. This system offers the businessman a unique opportunity to achieve guaranteed savings with a very high return on investment of around 50%," says David Gomes, President of CEC, Inc.

To determine if an Electroflow System will lower energy costs for a particular business, a CEC, Inc. representative and a qualified electrician will take measurements and gather information at the customers electrical distribution center during peak load, using a 33-point U.S. Department of Energy audit performed at no charge. The data, including the clients twelve-months of electric bills, are analyzed by ETIs team of engineers. A comprehensive report is then submitted for the clients review and evaluation.

Next, if approved by the client, an Electroflow system is designed for the facility. The following benefits and features are included: lower electric bills (by as much as 34%); a guaranteed reduction in KW demand and KWh consumption; a reduction in maintenance and down-time; elimination of damaging surges and transients; broadband harmonics filtration; and optimum power factor nominally ranging from 95-100%. Power costs are reduced without limiting the load.

Electroflow will not restrict, in any way, the use of the equipment or machinery -- on the contrary, it will enhance it.

Electroflow is self-protected, absorbing harmonics, noise, and unwanted frequencies which can destroy sensitive electronic equipment, and will not backfeed" any unwanted spikes into the devices. Electroflow is considered fail-safe. In the unlikely event any of the units components fail, the Self-Diagnostic Feature (SDF) will identify the failure and isolate it from the circuit, while the rest of the stages resume operation without any disruptions.

ETI is currently working internationally, with over 11,000 ElectroFlow units in 84 countries worldwide. Electroflow is designed for businesses spending $6000 or more monthly on electricity.
