The MAINDAYS 2002 will take place from the 8th to the 9th May 2002 in Birmingham and is the event not to be missed if you want to discuss organisational aspects of Maintenance Management and to exchange information about how to optimize your Works Management.
The conference is a unique opportunity to share the experiences of speakers from well-known companies (e.g. Ford, Timet, Pilkington, Bayernoil etc...) that will give you some great tips of what they have done and which approach they have chosen to optimize their maintenance activities. There will also be best practice case studies from abroad. The presentations will cover topics such as implementing new maintenance strategies (like TPM or RCM), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for maintenance, improvement initiatives, condition monitoring, maintenance controlling and profitability ...and many more. The conference is aimed at Maintenance Managers, Managers for Technical Asset Management, Plant Managers & Engineers, Engineering Managers, Lead Planners, Reliability Managers and Operations Managers.
If you are interested in learning more about how to improve Maintenance using a benchmarking approach, we would also recommend you to attend the workshop that will take place the day after the conference.
