Kronofusion Enters Agreement With Vencap Consulting

KRONOFUSION ENTERS AGREEMENT WITH VENCAP CONSULTING

Vancouver, BC, Canada; Berlin, Frankfurt, Germany -- April 8, 2002 - Kronofusion Technologies Inc. (CDNX: KRO; Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: KFT, WKN: 541868), an emerging provider of wireless and web-based remote access solutions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Vencap Consulting GmbH (Vencap") of Hamburg, Germany, whereby Vencap will provide financial public relations services to the Company.

In conjunction with the previously announced Berlin and Frankfurt Exchange listings, Vencap has been retained to assist in creating awareness and attracting the financial community throughout Europe."

VENCAP has its headquarter in Hamburg and maintains infrastructure in Berlin and Frankfurt. The Hamburg headquarters house the consulting and marketing arm of the firm, from where the whole range of PR and IR activities are organized and coordinated. VENCAP has extensive experience with corporate finance issues and maintains a network of contacts and partners in the German financial community.

The agreement, subject to regulatory approval, specifies payments of US$5,000 per month plus expenses and has a term of 6 months.
