Los Angeles based Sonspot Records set to open offices in Sydney, Australia

In an effort to tap a global audience, Sonspot Records, Los Angeles has opened offices in Sydney, Australia.

The Los Angeles based production company, Sonspot Records LLC, has established a satellite office in Sydney, Australia in hopes of procuring Australian talent and introducing the ANZ region to their U.S. roster. The Australian extension of the L.A. label, Sonspot Pty. Ltd, plans to release a new Sarah Nicole EP, Wrong About Us", by June, followed by a Gina Longo LP in late July, and a Suite 7 EP in early August.

Sarah Nicole's new material is a slight deviation from the deep Americana sound of the "I-10 Chronicles" (Virgin), heading in a direction of Adult/Alternative similar to Sheryl Crow, Jewel, and Faith Hill.
