CLAREON APPOINTS RICHARD M. BORTS AS
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Seasoned Executive Brings Wealth of Experience in Financial Strategy and Path to Profitability

Borts to vice president of Finance. Borts will oversee all of Clareons financial operations, bringing his vast experience in financial strategy to Clareons management team.
Borts has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, credit analysis and operations in the financial services and transaction processing industries. Prior to joining Clareon, Borts was vice president of Finance and Administration and chief operating officer of Roadsmith, Inc., a business-to-business electronic marketplace. Prior to joining Roadsmith, Borts was vice president and treasurer of Wright Express, where he oversaw the companys external bank financing relationships, hedging, investments, cash management, funds acquisition and credit policy. Borts experiences also include significant credit, risk management, treasury management and financial institutions management positions with Citicorp and Price Waterhouse. Borts holds an M.B.A. with honors in Finance from Washington University, a Masters degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University.
