IBM Partners With Lite King On National Rollout

Lite King partnered with IBM on a project involving a nationally recognized chain of retail stores to install POS systems for 3,500 locations.

CHICAGO - April 15, 2002 -- Lite King Corporation, (OTCBB: LKNG) a leader in last-mile communications design and installation services, announced today that through its wholly owned subsidiary, National Cabling Services, Inc., that it has partnered with IBM to prepare their customers sites for installation of a new POS (point of sale) system.

The project involves roughly 3,500 sites for a nationally recognized chain of retail stores. Lite King is working with IBM as a partner to prepare each site for the installation of a new POS system. The project is nationwide with sites in nearly every state.
