Dr. Gregory A. Hensley has reacquired G. A. HENSLEY Company Inc. from Catnaz Corporation.

Dr. Gregory A. Hensley has reacquired G. A. HENSLEY Company Inc. from Catnaz Corporation.

This will ensure that G. A. HENSLEY Company's ongoing mathematics and developmental research into next generation internet security products and programs will continue unhindered into the
foreseeable future.

Dr. Hensley is stepping back into the role as Chief Executive Officer and is confident that this will benefit all current and future customers of the consulting firm the Dr. Hensley
originally founded in 1990.

This will enable us to focus on what we do best and grow into areas that we feel are relevant to
the research directions for these new technologies.

This will also help G. A. HENSLEY Company focus
