SEAN MICHAEL MORMELO TO HEAT UP STAGE FOR EDGAR WINTER AT SUNFEST 2002

West Palm Beach, FL - April 1, 2002 - Sunfest, Florida's largest Music and Arts festival, has selected regional recording artist Sean Michael Mormelo to perform on Saturday May 4th 2002 @ 5:15pm on the "Real Yellow Pages Stage" or Meyer Amphitheatre. Sean is one of three bands scheduled to heat up the stage for classic rocker Edgar Winter best known for hits such as "Free Ride", "Keep Playing that Rock N Roll" and "Frankenstein".

For the past ten years, Sean has performed professionally in countless venues across North America, from Anchorage, Alaska to Cancun, Mexico. Sean currently plays four nights a week in the West Palm Beach area at venues including The Waterway Café, North Palm Beach & Benny's Icehouse, Boynton Beach. His first solo release "Real" is scheduled to be released April 2002 and promises to be an outstanding effort with rave reviews already pouring in from preliminary single releases. The title track "Real" is a groovy jazz/blues-infused rock tune that will bend your ear and keep your feet moving.
