A WEST COUNTRY based Internet Specialist recently won recognition for his companys skills when invited to London to present a work shop at the UK online for business National Advisers' Conference.

NEIL PICK, owner of the Plymouth based Search Engine Management Company Position-Builder, led the workshop on how to programme web sites to rank high in search engines for UK online for business and hopes that this recognition indicates a growing awareness of the strong Internet-based skills developing in the West Country.

The response was excellent" said Neil. There is such a growing demand amongst companies to learn how to attract potential customers to their web sites."

Plymouth based firm Position Builder have recently written a book for the 'Easy steps Computer Pocket Book series on search engine promotion and believe that recognition of the Internet skills base in the West Country can only help secure its growing reputation as the Digital Peninsula.
