Award-winning Developer Receives Patent for Pre-recorded Scripting Technology

Atlanta, GA -- April 2002: Noble Systems Corporation, a global provider of contact automation technology, has been granted a Patent (# US 6,356,634 B1) for one of the newest tools in the companys award-winning ATOMS® contact center management suite. With its exclusive technology to allow the interactive playback of pre-recorded messages during a call, Noble Systems introduces another advancement in call center solutions.

Marketed under the product name ATOMS® Perfect Script, the technology takes the use of the ATOMS® contact center solution to the next level. ATOMS® predictive dialing and ACD features focus on increasing the quantity of an agents talk time. With Perfect Script, call centers can address the quality of the talk time.

ATOMS® Perfect Script allows agents to pre-record selected segments of the calling script, unique to each campaign, and then deliver the recordings in any sequence on a call-by-call basis. All or part of a script can be digitally recorded in the agents voice, and then played back for customers instantly, or in an agent-controlled environment. For quality control, a manager must review each recorded script segment before it can be used by the agent. Once approved, the recordings are delivered during the call at the touch of a button or automatically at a pre-defined point in the call. All recordings can be interrupted at any time, permitting the agent to take over the call, without the customer detecting the difference between the recording and the live agent. In addition, managers can review productivity statistics and the recorded scripts used by their best agents to determine why those agents are so successful -- information that can be invaluable in agent training.
