Under the agreements, 9Seconds and Silverscape have each added the other company's technology into their product lines and will market and sell the new product combinations. Previous to the new agreement, 9Seconds was already utilizing Silverscapes expertise in web design and back-end services such as programming and hosting for their clients.

Silverscape now offers 9Seconds Search Engine Optimization techniques and capabilities to their extensive list of clients.
