FACTS Training To Offer Aviation Emergency Procedures Training And Aircrew Combative Training In West Palm Beach

Corporate Aircraft Simulators Used For Emergency AND Aircrew Combative Training scheduled for West Palm Beach May 20-24, 2002

Olympia, WAÉ

FACTS Training is a unique, human factors based, program designed to train pilots, flight engineers, and flight attendants in emergency evacuation and safety procedures. The curriculum includes crew coordination, passenger handling, safety and survival equipment, inflight medical emergencies/defibrillation, inflight fire and smoke procedures, high altitude physiology/decompression, hazardous materials awareness, unusual situations, safety and security, and emergency evacuations (land and water). All procedures are practiced in the FACTS full-sized, full motion, cockpit and cabin emergency procedures simulator.

Training meets all applicable regulations for emergency procedures training under CFR Parts 91, 125, 135, JAR Ops 1, and the CARs.

Aircrew Combative Training (ACT), designed, in response to the tragic events of 9/11, as a simple, quick to learn and easy to remember system to overcome, subdue and neutralize inflight threats, is scheduled to coincide with this FACTS Training program. The ACT system has been specifically designed to be the most effective method available considering the limited spaces and resources of a corporate aircraft.

FACTS also offers Food Handler Certification and Galley Safety and Service Training in conjunction with FACTS emergency procedures training. This popular course gives clear guidance on requirements necessary to comply with food handling regulations, and provides advice on ÒBest PracticesÓ and the ÒEssentials of Food HygieneÓ standards, aboard corporate aircraft.

FACTS Training International continues to set industry standards in training curriculum for all crewmembers.
