CYBERMODE 9100 A Cable Modem E--MTA for Today and Tomorrow

Jerusalem, Sunday, April 21, 2002-CableCom Solutions Ltd., a leading data and voice solutions provider in Provisioning and Network Management Software for broadband cable networks, announced the release of CyberMode 9100 Cable Modem E--MTA that provides voice and data over HFC for the cable market. The CyberMode 9100 is based on a single-chip design and CMOS RF tuner, and includes up to two lines of telephony, plus Ethernet and USB ports for data services.
The CyberMode 9100 complies with the EuroDOCSIS/DOCSIS 1.1 and PacketCable 1.1 standards.
In addtion to the wide range of regular VOIP features, the E--MTA is designed to support the ETSI/IPCable standards.

The CyberMode 9100 supports advanced telephony features, such as:
·   Initial ring
·   Pulse reverse polarity
·   Normal and reverse polarity
·   Periodic pulse metering (ppm-12/16 kHz)
·   Distinctive ring cadence
·   Caller ID out-of-Band Creation
·   Caller ID In-Band Transmission
CyberMode provides SNMP via MIBs.
The CyberMode 9100 provides an ideal CPE solution for Voice Access Systems (V5.2) with the features that bring service advantages to the operator, such as reverse polarity and metering pulse features.
