(New Orleans) Todd Adams will begin work in May on his new album project and will be co-writing with established producer/songwriter Rich Spina.
(PRWEB) April 25, 2002 -writing with established producer/songwriter Rich Spina. Adams, a Houma LA native, said his latest release 'Water were tributes to the people who have made a difference in his life. 'You Are My Sunshine was a song dedicated the memory of legendary entertainer Jimmie Davis. 'When Will I See You Again was written for Adams father, Thomas T.J." Adams, who passed away in 1997. Releasing "Water" was a personal victory for Adams. "I did it. Ill always have that," the modest piano man beamed.
This new album project will be somewhat different but still focusing on Adams haunting yet melodic vocal style. Adams has teamed up with Rich Spina to add a new layer of attitude to his already insightful musical awareness. Spina, the former lead singer/songwriter for the Atlantic Records group Love Affair is currently the keyboardist/musical director and producer of sixties pop icon Gary Lewis and the Playboys. In addition to Gary Lewis, Spina has worked closely with Billy J. Kramer, Sonny Geraci, Billy Hufsey, & Mark Lindsay.
Adams is currently appearing at Aficionados in Houma LA.
