Entercom Announces new Agency of Record and Unveils Latest ROSEY 105 TV campaign

Magneto Brand Advertising is named Agency of Record for Entercom Portland Radio Group and creates follow-up TV campaign for Nelson and Terry on Rosey 105.

Portland, OR, April 30, 2002 -- Entercom Portland Radio Group has tapped Magneto Brand Advertising as its Agency of Record. The announcement comes as Magneto recently completed production on a second round of TV spots for Entercoms Rosey 105 (KRSK-FM).

The latest Rosey commercials follow the highly successful Fall 2001 campaign featuring the zany antics of morning host Nelson while also introducing his straight laced sidekick Terry. The previous series of spots promoted Nelsons arrival to Rosey 105 and also contributed to an enormous ratings jump for KRSK, (up from #9 to #1, Women 25-34) according to the fall 2001 Arbitron ratings book. The new ads follow a progressive theme that features Terry experiencing humorously bizarre nightmares about Nelsons fiendish behavior.

The latest campaign began airing on April 8th and will run for six weeks on local broadcast and cable outlets. As with the fall campaign, Magneto continues to work with Run Spot Run Media Inc. on planning and placing the current media buy.
