Andrew Cohen currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Icahn Associates Corp. Mr. Cohen is responsible for the technology direction, corporate infrastructure and integration of all Icahn companies. At Lowestfare.com, an Icahn company, Mr. Cohen is responsible for the development of tour/cruise booking technologies, IVR and voice response applications and various wireless innovations. Mr. Cohen is also responsible for the guiding strategy in the ongoing development of Lowestfare and Icahn Hotel properties technological infrastructure, gaming and Website development.

From January 1999 to September 1999, Mr. Cohen was President of CNS Development Corporation, a technology development and consulting company. CNS was focused on the highly dynamic areas of Internet based transaction and commerce systems with strong emphasis on consumer goods and deliverables.
From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Cohen served in various capacities with Micrografx, Inc., a consumer and business enterprise software development and marketing company, where he most recently was Vice President, Technology Solutions and Network Products. At Micrografx, Mr. Cohen managed several development groups focused on consumer and Internet based products, including the American Greetings CreataCard personal creativity program and Network Charter, an auto-discovery framework for visualizing networks. Cohens infused a wide array of technology skills and knowledge, which helped accelerate Micrografxs growth as the market leader of intelligent graphics software for the enterprise and consumer software space with flagship products including American Greetings CreataCard, Crayola software for kids and Hallmark Connections Card Studio.
