NORTHWIND Expands Maestros Productive Working Environment with Additional Features and Further Integration to Club/Spa Module

To meet the growing demands of Maestro users, NORTHWINDs latest release includes an extensive set of enhancements and new functions to further strengthen the most productive environment that Maestro offers. This new release allows efficient management of Long-term Stay Guests with special rates & tax processing, enhanced user-definable housekeeping functions and automated auditing procedures to verify and correct postings. Group Management was enhanced to allow deposit policies with an option to distribute deposit requests to individual members of the group. The seamless integration is extended to the Club and Spa management module to allow room reservations, and guest check-in & out via this module with complete integration of the billing and guest management with front desk. In addition to completing the room reservation, the reservation agent can now quickly and easily determine availability and book any of the propertys club and spa services, including golf tee times, racquet court times, spa services, and instructional classes.
