Joining Colubris existing team is Barry Fougere, President and Chief Executive Officer; Bill Seifert, Chairman; Mitchell Liss, Chief Financial Officer; Jim Ciociolo, Vice President of Channel Sales and Business Development and Peter Beardmore, Senior Director of Marketing. Pierre Trudeau-Founder and former President-will continue to guide the R&D vision and development execution as the companys Chief Technology Officer.

Barry Fougere -- President and Chief Executive Officer
Barry Fougere has over 16 years of experience in creating and driving leading market and product strategies for companies in the technology sector, with a specific focus on networking and communications. As a Vice President and veteran of the leadership teams at Electronic Data Systems (EDS)/A.T.Kearney and Cambridge Strategic Management Group, Fougere has provided extensive executive counsel and direction on the alignment of customer needs to market strategy, product development and delivery, and business model economics. As a builder of high-growth organizations, he has consistently driven an intense customer first" mentality that has remained paramount throughout the various stages of growth in the companies he has led and advised.

Bill Seifert -- Chairman
Bill Seifert is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 23 years of experience in the data communications industry. As a General Partner at Prism Venture Partners for the last 2 years, Seifert has actively leveraged this track record of success in assisting early-stage companies to migrate from industry-defining innovation to commercial market primacy. Prior to joining Prism, Seifert was founder and CEO of Agile Networks, a creator of leading-edge ATM-based LAN products that was later acquired by Lucent Technologies, as well as co-founder and CTO of Wellfleet Communications, a company that pioneered enterprise networking technologies.

Mitchell Liss -- Chief Financial Officer
Mitch Liss is a seasoned finance and business development executive with 11 years of diverse experience guiding the administrative functions of rapidly growing technology companies. In addition to his work with Colubris, Liss is a Managing Director of Edsal Ventures, a family-owned private leveraged buyout (LBO) and equity fund focused on mid-sized, industrial companies. Most recently, Liss co-founded and served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Currenex, Inc., a leader in online global currency exchange. He previously served as Vice President at General Instrument (now Motorola) where he played a central role in the financial and strategic planning activities of the company

Jim Ciociolo -- Vice President of Channel Sales and Business Development
Jim Ciociolo brings to Colubris over 20 years of intense customer focus and business experience from earlier executive positions in direct sales, channel management, marketing and business development. He is deeply committed to helping customers solve their business problems and is renowned for working with channel and other business partners to create effective customer solutions. Most recently, Ciociolo was Senior Director of Business Development, reporting to the CEO of NaviSite, a CMGI company. Earlier in his career, Ciociolo was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for NetCentric and served as the Director of Service Provider Sales for Wellfleet/Bay Networks.

Peter Beardmore -- Senior Director of Marketing
Peter Beardmore is an industry expert in the areas of Wireless LANs and security, and has served as elected President of the Wireless LAN Association. Most recently, Beardmore held management positions in security and wireless for Enterasys, and brings to Colubris over 8 years of extensive experience in the communications field. At Enterasys, Beardmore served as the General Manager for the Wireless Products group, with a specific emphasis on wireless LAN. In this position, he was also a member of the corporate Global Technology and Global Marketing councils.
