Auburn City Council Presents Fagliarone Group CPAs With Letter of Commendation

Auburn, N.Y., May 2, 2002 - The Honorable Melina A. Carnicelli, Mayor of Auburn, presented Fagliarone Group CPAs with a Letter of Commendation on behalf of the Auburn City Council at the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce's Business After Five, held at Fagliarone Group CPAs on April 24, 2002. The Letter was presented as part of the firm's celebration of its 30th anniversary.

Mayor Carnicelli attended the Business After Five at Fagliarone Group CPAs and delivered the Letter of Commendation to Elaine S. Buffington, CPA, and Alice M. Hoatland, CPA, firm principals in Auburn office. The Letter notes that Robert Fagliarone, CPA, PFS founded Fagliarone Group CPAs in 1972. The firm purchased the established accounting firm of Bowen, Lyons and Pine at 198 Genesee Street in Auburn in 1989. The Letter also says, "The investment the firm has made in the community and its exemplary corporate citizen status are to be applauded."
