PORTLAND, Ore. - Domain name infrastructure technology developer SnapNames and WhoisPilot, a European-based domain name services provider, announced a partnership agreement that will provide domain name back-ordering and monitoring services to WhoisPilots customer and membership base.

SnapNames patent-pending SnapBack back-ordering service, which has been integrated with WhoisPilots registration functionality, will provide WhoisPilot customers with the opportunity to monitor and potentially register any of the several million existing domain name registrations that will become available this year. The service also protects already registered names against accidental expiration or hijacking.
