CLASSIC FOODS INTRODUCES KIDS KLASSICS JUICE / COOKIE COMBOS HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES TO UNHEALTHY SNACKS

SAN FRANCISCO, CA May 2002 - Classic Foods, wholly owned subsidiary of Cuétara Holdings, Inc. and global distributor of snack foods, will unveil its Kids Klassics combo snack line for kids, at the FMI Show in Chicago.

The Kids Klassics combo will pair up Hansens 100% natural juice with Cuétaras low fat cookies in an effort to give parents a quick and easy alternative to unhealthy childrens snacks.

The line, which will include apple juice/cookie, fruit punch/cookie and milk/cookie versions, will come in easy to open one package combos, which include a juice or milk box and a package of cookies, housed in adjacent compartments.

Future plans for the line include: combos, containing other Classic Foods and Cuétara snack foods.
