Montreal, May 8, 2002 - Emeris Technologies announces that it has formed a distribution agreement with Montreal-based documens group to launch its Annotis Mail annotation software into retail outlets across Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, the documens group will distribute and promote Annotis Mail at retail outlets such as CD-ROM Depot, Camelot-Info, Archambault Musique, Dumoulin, Compucenter, etc.

The company markets its line of 25 products via a worldwide distribution channel that includes 1,700 resellers in Canada alone. Annotis Mail will be distributed in Canada as part of the documens product line which includes: the Correcteur 101 writing assistance software, which has sold over 130K copies worldwide; translation software packages; dictionary software such as Petit Robert, Petit Larousse, Collins and Harrraps, Tap Touche Pro learn-to-type software, and more.
