Bryan, Texas - April 21, 2002 - Bryan, Texas April 21st, 2002 Intellamed announces an agreement with Siemens Medical Solutions Nuclear Medicine Group, Illinois to sell remanufactured nuclear medicine equipment through their innovative platform, Refurb-eSearch®. The contract will enable over 3,600 of Intellamed's health care facilities across the U.S to access Siemens Remanufactured Products (SRP), and over 2,500 facilities who buy remanufactured equipment exclusively through Intellamed to access Siemens nuclear medicine equipment.

Paul Torres, Director of Business Development for Intellamed stated that, "With this agreement in place, Intellamed is able to offer Siemens the most comprehensive business-to-business e-commerce solution for the selling of their refurbished nuclear medicine equipment. Siemens remanufactured nuclear medicine business has been very successful, with the company reporting a high level of customer satisfaction. All remanufacturing is performed exclusively by Siemens employees and all systems carry the same warranty as new systems.
