NETVALVE USA, INC. APPOINTS SCOTT NORDHAUS AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF SALES.

Las Vegas, Nevada (Monday, May 13, 2002): NetValve USA ®, Inc. an industry leader in prepaid Internet technologies, has appointed Scott Nordhaus as its Executive Vice President and Director of Sales. NetValveUSA®, a subsidiary of Strategic Service Alliance, Inc. (SSA) markets and distributes NetValve® prepaid Internet access products using patent pending" Direct 2 Web technology.

Mr. Nordhaus most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution for DIRECTV where he orchestrated the successful efforts resulting in the acquisition of over 10 million customers on behalf of DIRECTV. In his capacities he managed all segments of distribution including National, Regional and Independent retailers, Mass Merchants, Distributors, Master Agents, Buying Groups and E-commerce retailers. Mr. Nordhaus was also responsible for the successful launch of DIRECTVs direct sales initiative.

Prior to his experience with DIRECTTV, Mr. Nordhaus worked in the Commercial New Business Division of Hughes Space and Communications where he was in charge of system design, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations for commercial satellites globally for five years. Nordhaus holds his B.A. in Aeronautical Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois.
